What is the best thing to fish with 62 fishing for xp in Runescape?

I have 62 fishing and lobsters are quite slow to fish, so I was wondering if there is something that gives faster xp?

cody2010 		Go to Barb Village and fish trout/salmon. If u wanna get cooking xp you can go cook them in the Barbarian village pub.

→Swordfish [Best Non-Member item]
→Lobster [Most common!]
